VR-CHESS PLAYER
The legendary „Turkish Chess Player“ by Baron von Kempelen challenges visitors and reveals its history.Audience: families, pupils, students and all people interested in chess.
Use:
The chess automaton with a life-size mechanical „Chess Turk“ was presented by its inventor in Vienna at the court of empress Maria Theresia in 1769.
Now, more than 2 centuries after, visitors again have the opportunity to play against this extraordinary apparatus. An interactive Virtual Reality system plays chess, gives historical information and explains the secret functional principles of the „Chess Turk“.

TIME WINDOW
Users open a window and through it can have a look into either the past or the future.Audience: tourists and pupils
Use:
An interactive display, designed like a wooden window, shows cultural or historical views and thus conveys the lively impression of taking a glimpse into another time.
The effect is enhanced by hidden speakers and written or spoken information can be added.
Delivery:
Hardware & Software, console structure.
Prior determination of contents (either production or use of existing videos). Design can be adapted to the customer‘s needs.

PANORAMA COLUMN
By turning the column the users get a 360°panoramic view of a specified sight.Audience: tourists and pupils
Use:
A screen is embedded in a turnable column and reacts to the turning movements. Each turn shows a new view from the panorama of the specific sight (landscape, buildings, works
of art). With a button on the handle the user can switch to the next sight.
A step is fixed to the lower end of the column for children to easily use the installation.
Delivery:
Hardware & Software, console structure. Prior determination of sights to be used, production of 360°panoramas if needed.
Design can be adapted to the customer‘s needs.

STORY TELLING SEATS
Users sit on comfortable seats and learn about any given topic by simple listening.Audience: tourists and pupils
Use:
Taking a seat, the visitors activate a series of acustical impressions from any given topic (i.e. tales of a region’s inhabitants, typical sounds of nature or work, music, etc.).

MULTIMEDIA ABACUS
Visitors explore the basic arithmetic operations and storage functions of the apparatus.Audience: families and pupils
Use:
The spheres of a real abacus are connected to an interactive computer presentation. Playful calculation tasks using the decimal
system convey the functional principles.
An interactive book offers additional information about the history of this important invention.
